LinkPopularity.com is operated by WebsitePromotion, Inc. The short version, in the plain English we’ve always used: we collect the minimum we need to run the service, we don’t sell it, and we don’t keep it longer than we need to.

What we collect

• Domains you look up. Report results are cached briefly (about 24 hours) so repeat lookups are fast, and lookup counts are kept in aggregate.
• Your email address, if you create a free account. We use it to sign you in (a one-time code instead of a password) and, if you opt in, to send you product updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Your IP address, used only to enforce fair daily usage limits and prevent abuse.
• Standard analytics (page views, general location, browser type) via Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used.

Services we rely on

A small number of providers process data on our behalf: email delivery (Resend), our mailing list (Kit), bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), hosting (Vercel), and analytics (Google). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your email address or lookup history to anyone
• Send you email you didn’t sign up for
• Require an account, or payment details, for the free checker

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any mailing with one click, and you can ask us to delete your account and associated data entirely by emailing webinfo@pcedge.com. We’ll confirm within a few business days.
